All carriers must check in no later than 6:00PM on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, Seven business day standard ground service, at exhibitor expense.

Please print the advance shipment labels by clicking on Material Handling & Shipping in the submenu bar.

Advance warehouse receiving hours are Mon. - Fri.: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.
